Engineering Education

Background

Most grade school students do not understand what engineering really entails. A lot of students will not even hear about engineering until they are almost done with high school and those who do know about it are discouraged by the math and science. The Engineering Education team is focused on integrating engineering into the grade school curriculum and to show students that engineering is much more than math and science.

Project Timeline

  • Further integrate engineering into the classroom-2017

  • Establish a working model and expand into more schools-2017
